Guest Appearance

We have recently been visited by George Layton, who came to the school to enforce the importance of reading to all pupils but especially boys. The majority of young readers are girls. This visit will enhance the appeal of reading, writing and taking an active role in English lessons. The purpose of the gathering is to show reading and writing can lead to properous careers and can also be a major influence in life, socially and educationally.
